Bethany Waggoner: Hi! I am so glad you came to visit me here! My name is Bethany and I am blessed to be married to Kyle, my best friend and greatest fan. We have three little kiddos, Carter, Avery and Tucker who daily bring us joy and laughter amidst the craziness of life. In 2013 I was diagnosed with severe gluten intolerance and began the journey of restoring my body to a new way of living. You can often find me: -On an adventure with my littles -Relaxing with my Hubby -Running in the early morning dark -Redecorating, Repainting or Organizing things in my house -Cooking, cooking, cooking
